A Film created in collaboration with composers and musicians from London Sinfonietta screened as part of the BFI in Sci-Fi festival.

THE THING is a lighthearted investigation into perception and reality. Objects undergo unusual transitions but have they been altered physically or digitally? We are spending increasing amounts of time online so it is crucial that we understand how digital interfaces can interfere with what we see as well as how others see us.  This film critically evaluates the distinction been virtual and physical, fictional and real.
